The focus will be placed on effective communication and de-escalation techniques essential to managing conflict, build positive relationships, and create an environment that fosters engagement.
Upon successful completion of the course Child & Youth Community-Based Care: Navigating Conflict, the learner will earn a microcredential. A visual representation of the microcredential is issued to the learner as a digital badge. The learner can share the digital badge on a resume, LinkedIn profile, e-portfolio, or other digital network allowing employers to see what the learner can do as it shows evidence of the assessed competencies.
